Do you offer support?

How do I add features?

Is there a contract? How does your cancellation work?
No there are no contracts. Cancellation is also easy. You may
cancel anytime by texting cancel to (703) 596-8989 or calling. You will not be
charged for service for any subsequent months.

How are my clients going to know that they can now Streamline?
There are many ways to go about letting people know that your
business phone number is now SMART. First off we offer a Streamline widget that
once clicked on will allow visitors be directly connected to you via any channel. It is also a
good idea to put the Streamline logo on your business cards and your letterhead and email
signature blocks. You can also email your clients to let
them know. It is also a good idea to let customers know when they call or stop
in your business.

How do I access my messages?
Access your messages by logging in to your text console. See
“Where do I receive my text messages?” After you are logged in, all the text
messages you have received will appear on the left side. You may scroll up or
down to see all your messages. Newest messages will appear on the top and
oldest messages will appear on the bottom.

How do I respond to my messages?
To respond to a message, click on the message you wish to
respond to. It will be moved over to the center of the text console. Place your
mouse cursor in the bottom center of the text console and type your desired
message. Then, press the send button. This is on the bottom right corner of the
text console.

Will my customers need an App to txtmequick?
Your customers will not need an App to text your business.
All they need is their mobile phone with any network provider. You will receive
their texts within seconds of them sending.

Do I make all my numbers SMART?
You can make all your numbers smart, and we recommend that
you make all your advertised numbers smart so that when a customer or potential
customer is looking to text you they can do so successfully.  

Do you work with Non-Profits?
Non-profits will find our services to be of particular use
for their needs. From increasing event attendance, to organizing and
coordinating volunteers, to receiving in kind donations. We have you covered
and are ready to help your cause.

Can this be used for public safety and emergency
notifications?
Yes, Streamline is a great tool for alerting the public about
potentially life threatening events such as natural disasters, criminals on the
loose and the like.

How does my receptionist transfer text message to other
departments?
There are two ways to handle transfers. If you have only 5
computers or less and only one phone line to text enable, text messages can show
up on all 5 devices and the correct person can respond to the text message
easily and without confusion. If you have more than 5 devices or if you would
like certain people to see only certain messages, you can add extensions,
similar to the voice prompt menus you encounter in offices. Extensions are
10.00 per extension per month. All messages received on the main phone line can
be transferred to the correct device by the receptionist receiving the incoming
messages. This way only relevant messages will be shown to the different
departments. If you would like to add extensions to your number or increase the

Do you have a call center solution?
Yes, we do have a call center solution that is enterprise, we can actually help you to
reduce your internal operating costs at the sametime.

Does this work with VoIP lines?
Yes, absolutely. In fact this works with all type of phone
lines including POTs, VoIP and traditional land lines.

Can I use this to communicate with my staff?
Yes a better way of communicating with staff is one of the
many reasons why companies join Streamline. Whether you need to communicate
with your staff on site or off, we have features that can help you operate more
efficiently and help you reduce your costs. For onsite communications between
staff use the forward feature to speak directly with different people in different
departments. If you are looking to track employees who are off site or to gauge
productivity we have a real time GPS tracking feature. And for industries
needing to connect with groups of staff members at the same time, use the
txtBroadcast feature to synchronize activities and events.

I have seen a lot of text messaging – how are you guys
different?
We are one of a kind and have over 38 patents pending for our
technology. One of the major differences between us and other companies who
claim to be able to text land lines is that we actually have the capability. No
app or smartphone is required by the mobile user. This is because we have a
telecommunication network that spans the continental United States and Canada
with new networks expanding the globe every day. This enables us to create a
text capable phone line without using your current phone’s networks and without
you having to replace your current phone system. We use our own networks to
connect and make your phone line text capable. If you have ever searched the
internet to see if texting a landline is possible, you will see geek after geek
saying it isn’t possible and that those that claim they can are really just
cloud based or email to text based. That was true until Streamline. Now texts
that are sent to business phone lines that use Streamline services no longer go
into a black void. They are actually received and can be responded to.

How long has Streamline been around?
Streamline started developing its technology back in 2010.
Once we figured out that we could indeed text all kinds of phone lines
including: VoIP, traditional land lines and POTs, we began building our
networks across the US and more recently across the globe. After rigorous
testing and running extensive pilots, we debuted in January of 2013 to the
public. Since then we have acquired dozens of Fortune 500 companies and
continue to expand our client base daily.

Can we use this for donations?
There are three ways to make donations.
1. txtDonate: $5 or $10 preset values charged right to the
mobile user’s phone bill
2. txtPledge*: Charged to credit card up to $2500 or more
charged directly to the mobile user's credit card
3. txtCommit: Volunteer work commitment or future mail in
donations, which are paid directly to the non-profit organization at a future
date.

Is this carrier grade?
Yes. We are the only platform for Enterprise Enhanced
Messaging and text carrier for text messaging in the world.

I am developer – do you have APIs?
Yes, we do have APIs for connectivity with external CRMs or
other proprietary systems.

I am a developer – can I build application modules on top of
our platform?
Yes, of course you can. Many have already been built. The
flexibility of our platform allows you to be creative and create all kinds of
cool and useful applications for our technology.

Is there training with this service?
After you have registered for our services, you will have
access to training videos on various Streamline subjects as well as support by

Do you support multiple languages?
Streamline Auto Translate removes the language barrier
between your business and some of your business could-be audience. This service
allows your customers to speak to your business in their native language and you
would receive their message in English. Responses initiated in English will be
sent to the client’s mobile phone, translated automatically into the client’s
language. Currently 21 languages are supported by this service including:
Spanish (Spain & South America), French (France & Canada), Dutch, German,
Russian, Greek, Chinese (Simplified), Korean, Swahili, Arabic, Persian, Polish,
Bulgarian, Danish, Filipino, Hebrew, Finish, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian and
Thai.

Is this for large companies only?
Streamline caters to companies in all industries and of all
sizes including household phone lines. Our special package pricing allows for
small and medium sized companies to gain a competitive edge in their respective
markets no matter the size or industry.

How do I know if someone has texted me?
When you have an incoming text, your txtConsole will beep.
You will also see a green bar to the left and bottom of the message that was
received. After two minutes of the message not being responded the green bar
will turn orange. After 5 minutes of the message not being responded to the bar
will turn red.

Can we make an individual extension SMART / txtCapable ?
Yes, we can make any extension SMART and it will work in much
the same way as your extensions currently work. Just type in the desired number
plus the extension with a star preceding the extension entry. This is what
texting an extension would look like: (800) 555-1000 *5899 where *5899 is the
extension portion of the number.

What if I need more than 5 devices for one number?
You can purchase as many devices as you need for the numbers
you have enabled.

How does a call center handle incoming messages?
Streamline was built with large enterprise and governmental
entities in mind. We have built our platform to handle large volumes of
communication. We can handle and manage an unlimited number of messages at the
same time.

Can you link my message history to my existing appointment
software or CRM, so I don’t have to do it manually?
If you do not have a txtReminder and txtAlert system already
in place, we have a convenient and easy feature that is $49/month that manages
all your appointment reminders through text messaging. It also gives your
clients a way to change their appointment date and time if the originally
scheduled appointment no longer works for them. This helps reduce appointments
from cancelling indefinitely. If you currently have a system in place you can
link your software to ours with an API. APIs are offered to you at no
additional charge.

How do I install my txtConsole?
Open a new browser window, preferably in Google Chrome, and
type into the browser window www.itxtit.com/txt. After you registered you
received an email from Streamline with login information. Use this login
information to login to your console.

How do I import contacts from my CRM/CMS system?
Most all Client Management Solutions have an export feature.
Use the export feature to export your client list into an excel spreadsheet.
the first column title to first name the second column to last name and the
third column to cell phone. Be sure that you do not use capital letters, it is
case sensitive. Remove all other fields. the excel spreadsheet. Next, click on
the plus sign on the top right corner left portion next to the Inbox Search and
All Buttons. When you click on this plus sign a box will appear. You can
manually enter in people to your txtConsole here or you can drag the
spreadsheet you created to upload all of your contacts at once.

What are the do/don’t of text marketing communication?
It is important when offering specials to your clients that
you make it easy for them to opt out of your txtBroadcasts. You should not
promote specials more than once a month, as it will become an annoyance to your
customers. We pride ourselves on the fact that we are the only software that
allows client initiated engagements via text messaging which is why we can
increase customer loyalty and revenues if used properly.

How do I conform to opt-out options for customers?
Be sure that when you txtBroadcast to your clients that you
have a current business relationship or have had a business relationship in the
past. Also, be sure to make it clear to your customers the first time you
txtBroadcast to them that they can opt out of the offers you are promoting.
Make it easy and convenient for them to do so. The most important thing you can
txtBroadcast to people is that you can receive text messages from them and that
if they do not want to receive communication from you they can always initiate
a conversation when they do indeed want to talk to you.

Why is it important to reserve my phone number?
If you are not sure you want to start texting your customers,
it is still a good idea to reserve your number for $24.95/month. This is
because you do not own the rights to your number currently for txtingRights, which
means that others could purchase your number and use it to generate leads.Visit
txtingRights.com to reserve your number without subscribing to service.

Can I just reserve my number without subscribing to Enhanced
Messaging?
You can reserve your number without subscribing to Enhanced
Messaging. You can always add Enhanced Messaging to your number after you have
reserved it. The option will always be available to you, so long as you reserve
your number before someone else does. Visit txtingRights.com to reserve your
number without subscribing to service.

How do I remove people that do not want to be texted?
To remove people that do not want to be texted, simply click
on the Broadcast Button, top left corner of the txtConsole (it looks like a
megaphone) and click on the group where the member you want to delete from your
list resides. Click the member(s) you wish to delete. Scroll to the bottom and
press delete.

Can you have multiple conversations at the same time, and are
small businesses limited to 20 messages per second?
You can have an unlimited number of conversations going at
the same time. You can upgrade to a more robust bandwidth if you need to
receive more than 20 text messages per second. Your texts, even if you receive
more than 20 per second, will be received, they will just be staggered upon
arrival.

What happens if we get 1000’s of text messages coming in at
the same time?
Enhanced Messaging for Enterprise Clients can receive an
unlimited number of texts per second. Small and medium sized business can
receive 20 messages per second. Your texts, even if you receive more than 20
per second, will be received, they will just be staggered upon arrival. If you
need a more robust solution, you may upgrade your bandwidth to receive more
texts per second.

How many user licenses do I get with one package/ one phone
line?
You get 5 user licenses per package, which means you will be
able to use your txtConsole on five devices upon purchase. You may purchase
more user licenses. The cost is $10/month for each additional device.
